Coffee Story

The coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Edido Cooperative, which is located in the Idido (also known as Singage) within the Gedeo Zone of the Yirgacheffe region, Ethiopia. The entire cherry of this coffee is dried on raised beds before the bean is hulled, a process that takes 2-4 weeks, resulting with a bright acidity profile.
