We want to make sure your coffee reaches you as fresh as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

• All orders are roasted and packed fresh.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional cost.
• Currently, we ship within the GTA only.

Local Pickup

Local pickup will be available once our downtown café opens in Spring 2026.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally but are working on expanding our reach.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@uroastcoffee.com within 7 days so we can help make it right.
