This coffee is produced by Deyvid Leandro of Esperanca Farm, who received two Cup of Excellence Brazil awards in 2021 and 2024. This microlot is a natural processed Catuai-99, where the cherries are carefully dried on the patios under controlled conditions. Natural processing requires attention to weather conditions, airflow and timing. Deyvid has mastered all these elements through years of hands-on experience working in his farm. This coffee produced by the award winning farm is honoured with a refined sweetness, gentle florals and a crisp citric aftertaste that makes every sip lively.
