Sourcing
It Starts at the Source
Every bean we roast traces back to a relationship. We source exclusively single-origin coffee beans from Colombia, Brazil, and Guatemala: regions celebrated for producing coffee with distinct, expressive character. We work directly with growers who share our commitment to quality, selecting lots that reflect the best of their terroir, whether that's a bright citrus note from a Colombian highland farm or the deep chocolate finish of a Brazilian fazenda.
We don't buy commodity coffee. We buy the best we can find, and we know where it comes from.
Small-Batch Roasting
In-house. By hand. Every time.
Our roasting is done entirely in-house, in small lots that give us complete control over the process. We work with time, temperature, and airflow to guide each batch through its development, from the initial drying phase through the Maillard reactions that build flavour, right up to first crack where the bean opens and its character is revealed.
We don't set a profile and walk away. We watch. We listen. We adjust. Every origin has its own roast curve, and we dial it in to bring out the best of what that bean has to offer.
Quality Control
Precision in Every Batch
After each roast, we evaluate the coffee, checking for consistency, balance, and that the flavours we intended are actually in the cup. If something's off, we adjust the profile. We don't ship coffee we wouldn't drink ourselves.
Packaging & Freshness
Sealed for Peak Flavour
Coffee is at its best in the days and weeks right after roasting. That's why we roast in small batches and package immediately after cooling. Every bag is sealed with a one-way degassing valve to preserve freshness and lock in aroma.
Crafted with Care
Our Coffee Selection
Small-batch roasted Arabica beans from Colombia, Brazil, and Guatemala, each with its own character. Freshly roasted, full of flavour, and crafted to savour.
