Peru produces a small number of well-textured and balanced coffees that are sometimes difficult to come across. Due to the political reasons, Peru consistently suffers from lack of internal logistics to bring their rich coffee out from small farms for exports. Organic coffees with soft acidity and well-structured textures, are harvested in the high altitudes of 3,900-6,500ft above sea level.
