Grand Peaberry

The Grand Peaberry coffee was sourced from Costa Rica's legendary Aquiares Estate (meaning "land between rivers"). It is the largest coffee farm in Costa Rica and home to 1,800 residents. A peaberry is a naturally occurring, rare, and oval-shaped coffee bean that forms inside a coffee cherry when only one seed develops instead of the usual two. These beans are denser and are believed to have a more concentrated and intense flavor profile than regular coffee beans, which results in a delightfully sweet and rich taste with more complex notes of citrus, caramel and dark chocolate.
