Collection: Costa Rica

Costa Rica takes great pride of coffee that it produces.  The government banned the Robusta production to protect its high valued Arabica coffee varieties.  Most of the Costa Rica farmers are small producers with less than 12 acres of farm land each.  They often produces micro lots of coffee that offer a complex sweetness combined with refined acidity, mellow textures and a range of citrus and floral flavours.
